3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. FITPARIZ will cover the return shipping fees and offer a full refund or exchange for the damaged or defective item. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
